Grant Project Management
I lead the planning and delivery of large, multi-institutional grant efforts: coordinating teams across institutions, holding the many moving parts to a single timeline, and preparing teams for high-stakes competition stages, including presentations and panel Q&A. As a PhD, I manage scientific teams in their own language; and because I also handle the analytics, I can sharpen the proposal while I run the process.
